lovely lettering

Simply put, I love lettering. I love playing and discovering different styles… different nuances with the letters and how they can interact with each other. It’s hard for me to narrow down the types of writing I’m able to consistently offer, but here are some of my favorites. When inquiring about lovely lettering, please reference which style you like best for your needs. Note: as these are examples of my handwriting and not computer generated, they will always look slightly different (that’s the beauty of it!).

meet: kennedy
Kennedy is in no hurry to get the job done. With polite pauses between each letter,
kennedy is relaxed yet classy.

meet: lulu
A tall drink of water, lulu is a quirky answer to all your pretty printing needs.

meet: ruby
Ruby is where the lovely lettering began. A modern take on traditional calligraphy,
ruby is a welcome guest to any celebration.

lindsay letters
The most popular choice, lindsay letters is a fun and eclectic mix of all types.

susan sands wedeward - I love your work and I just found you on Pinterest. My regular printing and penmanship is terrible and I know why I do not slide my hand above the paper. I lay my hand and write.( Working on it!) I think calligraphy would help you have to hold your hand up above the paper.ReplyCancel

    Amber Jodoin - Hi!
I am looking for some lettering for a tattoo and I found your site from Pinterest. I want to have my two daughters named inked on my forearm. There names are Sophia and Violet. I was thinking of stacking the names with Sophia on top and Violet on the bottom but somehow “twirled” together. Looking at your styles above, I would say I like the lindsay style the best.. but I also like the cleanliness of the kennedy style as well.

Is this something you could do? If so, how much would you charge?

    Thanks so much!
