When Kelly Belfour asks me to work on a project with her, I say yes. YES YES YES. Kelly, founder of Eventology Weddings, curates some of the prettiest parties I’ve ever seen. Below are some photos from Sharon’s bridal shower and wedding. I’m thrilled to have been able to provide the lovely lettering for these two super special celebrations…

Photos of this sugary sweet shower by Forever Photography Studio. For more details about the event, you can read about it at Style Me Pretty. Now, on to the nuptials! Professional photos below by Jasmine Starr Photography.
And, just for good measure, let’s see some love {and lettering!} in action:

Sharon & Ivan–beautiful people, beautiful hearts, beautiful day. Thanks for letting me be a small part. Kelly–can’t wait until next time. As for the rest of you lovlies, thanks for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed yourself. Now, where to find a macaron… xo, linds

Carley - Lindsay, your work always brings a smile to my face! And that video – probably one of the most precious wedding videos I’ve seen; the ‘happily ever after’ pennant at the end was a great touch. Thanks for sharing :)ReplyCancel

Hello hello! Not sure about the atmosphere where you live, but Rockford weather has been MAGICAL. This weather is so completely invigorating for me. Seriously, I think quite possibly that just getting to open up the windows in my house ups my productivity by 30%. Thank you, Jesus, for nature and sunshine and beautiful breezes. Thank you also for windows. And a bike path close to my house. Amen.

I am happy to be a part of a super fun event coming up this coming weekend at the Prairie Street Brewhouse. Ahndea, her Heirblooms, and I will be sharing a spot, so if you’re in the area stop by and say hello–we’d love to see you! xo, linds

laura @ hollywood housewife - If we can ever pull ourself out of post-baby madness (I’m talking to myself here), there is something specific I would love to hire you to do for me. A little map of sorts to our lake house (which is in the boonies) that we could letterpress to give to visitors. Would you be up for something like that?ReplyCancel

One of my most favorite things about what I do is that I get to meet other fun, creative women. The fabulous Emily at Jones Design Company is one of them. This winter, I’ve partnered up with her to start offering some lindsay letters prints exclusively in her shop. Click here to read more and to purchase the limited edition print below. Bee - Lindsay,
Just wanted to say that I purchased one of the love prints for my husband for Valentine’s Day and I’m just waiting to frame it for our new house. I’m crazy about your work and hopefully when I get my company up and running again (cece post closed march 9, 2012 for trademark issue) i will contact you.
Thanks for the lovely calligraphy, it is my passion to learn how to conquer the art!

I was looking for something today and as I was sorting through my files I found some photos I’d put together for Erin & Jason’s wedding. I can’t believe I never posted it! I think I was waiting until I photographed her invitation. However, I think it’s time and this wedding is exactly what this January day needs. {I’m responsible for the quirky food plaques in some of the photos below, as well as the damask fans}. I have to get back to business, but let me just say that Erin is one of the sweetest women I’ve ever ever met. From the moment she walked through my door I knew I HAD to do her wedding and I had to make her be my friend. Done and done. Erin & Jason–your wedding was as radient and joyous as you are. I wish you all the happiness in the world, and was so privileged to be a part of your wedding. xo, linds

Kelly - Beautiful wedding!! Love your work in it too. Looks like it was in Seaside, FL right? My favorite place to be…ReplyCancel

Faith Conn Kemper - Dear Lindsay,
Our family has lived next door to Erin’s family ever since Erin’s mom was pregnant with her and I was pregnant with our first child, Conn. We didn’t get to go to the wedding in Florida, but when I saw the wedding pics, I thought, “Wow! Someone is as good as Lindsay Sherbondy at lettering! So, when I read your blog, I wasn’t TOO surprised that you had done all of that beautiful work. You have an AWESOME talent. I wish I could afford you for my daughter’s wedding in July, but we have a tight budget and Christie’s sending mostly e-vites. But, I will certainly continue to recommend you and wish you success in your business! And, by the way, the vintage aprons you gave Anna Griesbach Tucker at her bridal shower were the cutest shower gifts I’ve even seen! I just LOVE your style! God Bless!ReplyCancel
